Choosing a Name for Your Company:
Selecting a name for your company is a crucial step. You can choose a name of your choice, and we will conduct a name search for you free of charge. We will inform you if the name is available for registration. If the name is available, we can reserve it with the Department of the Registrar of Companies, and the reservation will be valid for 3 months, during which we can proceed with the incorporation process.
Required Information/Documents for Company Registration:
To register your company, we will need the following details from you:
- Details of proposed Directors and Shareholders
- Business address
- Proposed activities of the company
- National Identity Card copies (for local parties)
- Passport copies (for foreign parties)
How to Submit Documents for Registration:
Once we obtain name approval from the Department of Registrar of Companies and gather the necessary information from you, we will prepare the required Forms and Articles of Association. We will then obtain the signatures of Directors and Shareholders on the Forms and submit them to the Department of Registrar of Companies.
Post-Incorporation Services:
After the company is successfully registered, the Department of Registrar of Companies will issue an Incorporation Certificate with the company name and registration number. We will proceed with public notice of incorporation through newspaper publications and in the Government Gazette.
